But in the end this is just your average movie without much tension, and with a silly ending. It is director Marcel Langenegger's first movie, and that maybe explains why everything looks so steril and feels like 100 other movies. If you watch a good movie in the same style, then check out Body Heat or Sleuth.
Oh by the way, for some strange reason this movie is called "Manipulation" in Belgium :) Maybe they thought that "deception" was too true a title LOL
