Eagle Eye

When I read reviews of this movie, I was surprised to read so many completely different views. Some thought it was a unimaginative flick, others praised it's pace and action-packed story. The members of BeWelcome who saw this movie were unanimous : Eagle Eye was not very original but extremely entertaining. Shia LaBeouf was quite convincing (much better than what he did in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull) and Michelle Monaghan showed that she is more than just a pretty face.

The mix of '24', 'Space Odyssee 2001', 'North by Northwest' and 'Nick of Time' worked very well, and you might leave the cinema with complete paranoia towards cell phones, security cameras and of course politician. Give Eagle Eye a chance, if you like conspiracy thrillers you will not be disappointed.
